Refund / Returns Policy
RETURNS
Due to the nature of the products that are contained in our gift boxes we will deal with each request on an individual basis and would ask that you contact us in the first instance. We ask that you refrain from opening any of the individual products and make contact with us immediately if you have a concern.
In the event that anything is damaged then we would ask that you take a picture of the damage to share with us. We will endeavour to put things right by offering a replacement or partial refund.
REFUND POLICY
In the event of a refund we will confirm via the email provided at the point of sale that we have processed it. Bearing in mind some banks processing times you should expect this back in your account within 5-7 days however it is normally much earlier.
